Actress Angel Locsin will once more wear the costume of a Filipina superhero Darna! But this time it will be on the Big Screen.
This was confirmed by the Star Cinema Managing Director Malou Santos on a Interview with the Manila Bulletin, which was publish on its website this Sunday.
Malou's Confirmation finally put an end to guesstimates as who will play the Pinay Superhero after ABS-CBN acquired an exclusive rights to the Mars Ravelo's creations.
“For Darna, we’re already done with the story of her past. We’re already brainstorming. We’re targeting next year for filming. So tuloy-tuloy na ‘yun,” she said in the interview.
